Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
